Project inquiries

When you submit the inquiry form, your name, email, organization, project details, and optional timeline and budget are stored for Rodel T. Eramis to review and follow up. Inquiry records and internal notes are restricted to his admin account. Please avoid student records, passwords, or other sensitive information.

To request correction or removal of an inquiry, contact RTE through the website chat. The admin workspace uses ChatGPT sign-in to verify the owner.

Website chat

The RTE Online Assistant uses Spaceship’s Thunderbolt service. Messages and contact details you choose to share in chat are processed through Thunderbolt and can be reviewed by RTE Online Solutions for customer support and project inquiries. The assistant is automated and may make mistakes. Do not share passwords, student records, payment card details, or confidential information.
